The infamous Paris Hilton flick The Hottie and The Nottie has royally tanked on opening weekend. It opened in 100 cities and only grossed a grand total of $25,000!

Well, I mean stuff like this makes you question the sanity of some movie producers. Anybody who thought the "The Hottie and the Nottie", starring Paris Hilton, was going to make money is seriously deranged. There has never been any evidence that Paris has any popularity beyond the "Watching a Train Wreck Fascination" model.

i'm happy this didn't make any money. now if only people didn't flock to the dance and spoof movies we'd be making serious progress.
