Leilani broke her nose when she was a kid and always had a bump.
She has had corrective surgery to put her nose back as god had intended so not really a nose job.
I am sure that if you could afford it you would do the same.
If, for example, you got hit in the face and lost a couple of teeth, you would have them replaced wouldn't you?

Given how long she's been modelling, it's surprising it took her this long to get it done if it's merely to put right what once went wrong. Given her recent desire to break into the US market, it sounds much more like she's acting on advice to remove a cute quirk. Shame.
