'Gilmore Girls Project'? Vote

I'm sure most of you remember my Veronica Mars Project. Lots of you got upset over it. Well, looking at my DVD queue I'm coming up on my copies of 'Gilmore Girls'. So I'm considering screencapping as I watch them. (I know that Hoagie100 did caps already off the broadcast episodes. I'm certainly not complaining about his work or putting the results down. I downloaded them as he posted them and still have them.) If I do this there would be a couple of differences from the VMP. 1) It will be bigger.  (  Well, it did go for seven seasons instead of only three.) 2) I will post each episode's output as I finish them instead of one huge flood. *waits while everyone sighs in relief* (This would also mean that I likely wouldn't do a single "index" post with links to all of them in one place though.) I don't know if I'm actually going to do this or not. If I do, it won't be started for some weeks yet. But I figured I'd give people a chance to give me their input. So vote:

If you make it 1 thread per season I say go for it. The only thing annoying about the VM project was the insane number of separate threads. (which among other things, interfered when using the search engine for old miss Bell posts) Oh and make sure you aim for a 1:1 Lorelai to Rory ratio so there aren't complaints about that either.

There's no realistic way I could do this as one thread per actress per season. Each thread for the main actresses could have as many as 50 (possibly more) posts of caps and people would be complaining about too many caps per thread and being unable to find specific scenes or episodes. I understand what you're saying but if I do the GGP it will be one thread/actress/episode. Now, if we can think of some way for me to create thread titles that would help separate them from people's searches for other posts I can do that. (If the forum's search function had a proper "NOT" function this wouldn't even be an issue.  ) Also keep in mind that I expect that I would be doing these posts over the course of several months. The VMP took almost one month per season to create the caps and I don't think I could do it that fast again. I certainly couldn't sustain that pace for seven seasons worth of DVDs.
