Bubbly blond daughter of brash Virgin mogul Richard Branson is a doctor in London who received her med school degree in pediatrics. Longtime pal of Britain's most eligible man, Prince William, she vacationed with him and his ex-girlfriend Kate Middleton last year. More recently, she has been all over the press after spending a night dancing and chatting with the newly single prince at a London nightclub. Holly maintains they are just friends. The public seems to disagree: Holly once won BBC Channel 4's "A Wife for William" contest with 43% of the vote.
9. Tamara Ecclestone
Britain's answer to Paris Hilton. The daughter of F1 mogul Bernie Ecclestone and his Croatian wife Slavica, a former Armani model, she has found fame of her own as host of the Red Bull Air Race television competition. She has also formed her own TV production company and, with her sister Petra, is filming a half-hour pilot of The Ecclestone Girls.

Elegant daughter of luxury goods tycoon Bernard Arnault. A graduate of the London School of Economics, she worked at management consulting firm McKinsey before joining her father's company, Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy, in 2000. Since then she's apprenticed at John Galliano and worked at Christian Dior and Loewe. She became the only woman on LVMH's board at age 28. In the fall of 2005, she married the heir to an Italian wine fortune in France's social event of the year.
7. Amanda Hearst
Age: 23
Great-granddaughter of publishing legend William Randolph Hearst and niece of the famously kidnapped and brainwashed Patty Hearst, Amanda is a well-known New York socialite who was once featured in a Harper's Bazaar article detailing her annual maintenance cost of $136,360. The student and model is the face of preppy designer Lilly Pulitzer, and she appeared recently on the cover of Hamptons magazine. The heiress is also a member of environmental nonprofit organization Riverkeeper
6. Aerin Lauder
Age: 37
The much-photographed style icon and fixture at New York fashion shows is often compared to her legendary grandmother, Estée Lauder. A board member since 2004, Aerin is senior vice president and creative director for the flagship Estée Lauder brand, overseeing all aspects of its visual image. Her billionaire father, Ronald Lauder, is the Clinique Laboratories' chairman. The mother of two vacations in Palm Beach, Fla., and loves to ski.
5. Dylan Lauren
Age: 32
Daughter of all-American fashion icon Ralph Lauren, Dylan has found her own sweet spot. The candy entrepreneur sells an array of treats from Jelly Belly, Mars and Hershey at her Dylan's Candy Bar stores, now with five locations nationwide. The stores feature party rooms, candy spas and such gifts as candy pillows, T-shirts and scarves. A former cover girl for Hamptons magazine and Town & Country, Dylan has made recent appearances on the Today and Martha Stewart shows.
4. Julia Louis-Dreyfus
Age: 46
Her French father Gerard has a $3.4 billion fortune from such commodities as oil, gas and orange juice, but Julia doesn't need Dad's dollars. The Saturday Night Live alum made her own small fortune from her nine-year run as Elaine Benes on Seinfeld. Last year, she took home an Emmy for best actress for The New Adventures of Old Christine, breaking the so-called Seinfeld curse that has haunted the projects of her co-stars on the show.
3. Nicky Hilton
Age: 23
Paris' little sister, Nicky, generated her own buzz with a two-year relationship with Entourage star Kevin Connolly that ended last summer and with her much publicized forays into the hotel business, which quickly flopped. Her Nicky O hotel in Florida's trendy South Beach reportedly went bankrupt, and a Chicago developer sued her and her agent over another hotel project in the Windy City. The case was dismissed.
2. Ivanka Trump
Age: 25
The ultimate mix of style and substance. The former model graduated magna [censored] laude with a degree in real estate from the University of Pennsylvania and joined the Trump Organization in 2005 as a member of the development team. Currently she's helping export the Trump brand to Dubai and Panama City. Ivanka's own profile is soaring thanks to regular appearances by Dad's side in the boardroom of The Apprentice and on the covers of Stuff magazine and Forbes (alongside Dad and brother).

Suddenly life isn't so simple for the world's original celebutante. Great-granddaughter of Hilton Hotels founder Conrad Hilton, Paris was recently sentenced to 45 days in jail for driving with a suspended license. The suspension came after an alcohol-related reckless driving incident. It was the defining moment for a year full of tabloid-worthy fodder: a public proclamation of celibacy, a reunion with once-estranged Simple Life co-star Nicole Richie last October and countless rumored romances.
