The Diva Dress Code has already been scrapped, according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. It's because Kevin Dunn was convinced it wouldn't work, and that it would affect the Diva Search.
So hopefully Mickie will be back wearing skirts...

wow wow no no...she looks so good in those tight shiney spandex like pants she's been wearing...
but maybe whatever it is you guys are talking about will get torrie back in hot outfits..i'm sick of the cute ****'s she's been wearing...i need tight clothes on her...
I like this title "theft" idea...hasn't really happened since Rock took Austin's Smoking Skull belt, and before that the Michaels/Razor Ramon IC duplicate controversy.
