They're real. You just think they're too good to be true. But there's no reason to believe it's impossible for nature to produce a woman with breasts like Salma's. Women like Salma are *extremely* rare, but they do happen.

wondering what makes you the authority..... cosmetic surgeon maybe.... or maybe salma is your close friend and confided in you..... or you've seen and handled so many breasts in person you can tell if a woman has implants buy just looking at a photo that gives no clue to incision.... you just amaze me.....

Salma had big tits to start with , C cup. She probably went in to get'em to stop sagging and they put in some silicone implant that firmed em up and made her go up a cup size.
The reason hers look so good is that there is still alot of real breast meat in there, unlike others who go from ,like a B ,to a D and look absolutely ridiculous.
