There is NO such pic. There is no discussion of such a pic on her message boards. Considering how starved her fans are for new news of her, a topless pic would have started a wild discussion among them. There are two possible explanations for whatever you saw. There is a concert clip of "her" stripping off some of her clothes. That is not Alizee, though it is sometimes mistakenly stated to be. It is a French stripper who is purposely impersonating her. Second, there is a video of a gorgeous topless teen walking back from the ocean onto a public beach. The girl looks somewhat like a very young Alizee, but it is not Alizee. It is simply a very pretty girl that someone took a voyeur video of. Hope that clarifies things.
