Vera was an actress/singer mostly from the 1940's/50's.
I noticed some pics of her and thought what a nice pair of legs(usually dancers have and as u might know I like a good pair of legs on a woman!). Another one with good legs around the time was Cyd Charisse. Vera danced/acted in many films including On The Town/White Christmas/Love Happy,etc. Vera is beautiful too (another beauty from the 40's/50's era). There has always been actresses with nice legs since the early film years from Jean Harlow to Marlene Dietrich to Betty Grable to Rita Hayworth to Cyd Charisse to Marilyn Monroe/ Sophia Loren/Raquel Welch to Elizabeth Hurley and Sharon Stone etc.
notice her legs look good in those short dresses and heels.
BTW I just noticed in pic 3 - that her right nips are showing in that see thru top (HOT) - also in pic 8

She is my favorite and I'm glad to see her remembered.

Thanks for the break fix and the adds. I've always loved her. A remarkable talent with ridiculously beautiful legs and a lovely girl-next-door face. While Cyd Charisse will always be my favorite dancer, Vera is right up there next to her.

Many thanks for the pics, my best memories of her are from White Christmas, but that is probably because I watch it or parts of it each year.

My favourite was Cyd Charisse (born Tula Ellice Finklea). Her legs were featured in many films but for me the best was the opening segment of the first Matt Helm film, The Silencers, with Dean Martin. Not bad legs for a woman who was 44 at the time. I would pay dearly for that clip.
