This one took a bit more work in that I had to create a new out of focus garden background this time being the Kyoto botanical gardens. I hope you like this one it came out quite well. Mainly Paintshop Pro X4 V14.2.0.1 to be exact but there is very little differences really since V10.I find Paintshop pro much easier to use than photoshop that being said the art filters on photoshop are superior.
