So, Hope was on Chelsea Lately last night and Chelsea asked her about this. She didn't reveal anything different. But she did say that this was during the "reality" portion of the show and cameras were rolling. Hope says she took off her mic and walked out. But she wanted to yell at him.
Chelsea said she should have clocked the guy :-)
Also during this interview, Chelsea asked what it was like at the Olympic Village and was there lots of sex going on (after they won the gold). Hope said, "world records were made to be broken." The audience loved that remark. To me it sounded like Hope was playing up to the crowd.
A potent mix of fit, body beautiful, young people -- many of whom have abstained from sexual intercourse as part of a disciplined training regime -- being in the same place, at the same time; cocooned from the outside world by tight security and often reveling in the glory of success and attention of devoted crowds and the world's press.
Ridiculously in-shape people+all together+needing to let off steam=
