So, it appears that Card ordered the hit on Anson Fullerton using Tyler Grey as the black op hitman. Now, either Card wanted Nate dead from the beginning, or is merely trying to deal with the fallout from Nate's death at the hands of a ruthless killer who disregarded Nate's safety at the crucial moment when all Card wanted was Anson killed.

Two questions remain: One, why would Card want Anson dead and not bring him in for questioning about anything and everything related to his organization of burned spies? Two, does any of Card's machinations in regards to this whole situation stem from his training of Michael and Michael's subsequent liaison with Fiona, whose relationship partially led to the blowing of the Hannon op, and/or his friendship with Sam, a known thorn in the CIA's side?

Moreover, what disinformation will Card have fed to Michael's mother regarding Nate's death, and how quickly will Card attempt to seal up the "deaths" of Michael, Sam, Fi, and Jesse?

Sam's question will linger over the entirety of the midseason break: "What the hell do we do now?"
