Jess Penner is a 26 yr old (I think) singer/songwriter. She lives in LA, and recently became the face/voice of Days Inn. Her song, "Here Comes The Sunshine" has been their theme for a couple of years, and in April 2012 they decided to add her face to the campaign.
She's also had several of her songs used in movies, and has released a couple of albums.
She's also quite hot!
