Automatically linking weight with health/fitness is a major problem. Being skinny isn't necessarily healthy and frankly a lot of the "normal" girls you see don't look particularly healthy either.

Fat? First thing I think of when I read Kate Upton is "skinny legs". Second is mole. Third and Fourth are the same...
