i hate all these long term, giant price tag contracts. it's ridiculous. i'd like to see the NHLPA do away with those.

It would be hilarious for Minnesota to do this, and then in 2 months the new CBA completely handicaps them. They would be the only team that hands out a contract like this that doesn't even get to put those players on the ice and take advantage of the loophole.
