Sorry, I don't mean to provoke you, but it bothers me quite a bit when I see comments like this suggesting that someone is too big, when they in fact are anything but. We have gotten to accept rail-thin as being beautiful and it is an ill-conceived ideal.

There is no ideal. People like what they like and don't what they don't. You aren't the judge and neither is anyone else. The only opinion that really matters is Mila's and if she wants to gain/lose weight, that choice is hers. It's going to put people off. I doubt she minds, so why do you?
Projection isn't a good thing. Just don't take any of those pills. They're bad for your heart.
