Yes, a few hours ago. Theirs two ways to look at it.
A. DLC can take place after Priority: Earth II B. He Means more DLC will be released after the EC.
It's more likely the Second is what he means. However you Could LOTSB and Arrival after the SM in ME2 and it changed a bit based on when you played it.

they found the Normandy because of the virus that was transmiting the location of the ship from the reaper iff
on the dlc commment well we are all thinking aria and omega will be one dlc also I am hoping for something with gianna parasini and Shiala but I am not holding out hope on the last 2
wonder if its right and they are not just going to stop the mass effect universe now will we see a dlc leading into a new game maybe

Their was more than One instance that the Collectors found the Normandy.
