A new batch of twelve contestants on ABC’s hit dance competition show were revealed Tuesday morning on “Good Morning America.”

The Season 14 cast includes:

* “Melrose Place” and “ General Hospital” star Jack Wagner, 52, who’s best known nowadays as Heather Locklear’s ex-fiance. He’ll be partnered with pro Anna Trebunskaya.

* Melissa Gilbert, 57, is best known as Laura Ingalls on “Little House on the Prairie,” a staple in American living rooms from 1974 to 1983. Gilbert’s pro partner is Maksim Chmerkovskiy.

* Green Bay Packers wide receiver Donald Driver, 37, who’s looking to add a mirror ball trophy to his Super Bowl ring.

* Telenovela star William Levy, known as “The Brad Pitt of Mexico” and a former J.Lo video boytoy. He is paired up with Cheryl Burke.

* Sherri Shepherd, 44, is an actress-turned-co-host on “The View.” Her partner is Maksim’s younger brother, Val Chmerkovskiy.

* Katherine Jenkins, an opera star who returns to “Dancing With the Stars” twelve seasons after performing there on stage. Jenkins is matched with pro Mark Ballas.

* Pop singer Gavin Degraw, 35, the voice behind the hits, “I Don’t Want to Be” and “In Love With a Girl.” He gets to fall in love with the teachings of Karina Smirnoff.

* Tennis legend Martina Navratilova, 55, winner of 18 Grand Slam titles. Her new doubles partner is Tony Dovolani.

* Disney Channel “Shake It Up” star Roshon Fegan is the youngest contestant at 20. He gets to learn from Chelsie Hightower, who returns to the show after a season off.

* “Extra” host Maria Menounos, 33, who has shown she looks good in a Giants-themed bathing suit, is paired with the almost-as-pretty Derek Hough.

* Jaleel White, 36, is better known to a certain generation as Steve Urkel from “Family Matters.” His partner is Kym Johnson.

* Motown staple and eight-time Grammy winner Gladys Knight, 67. She landed Nancy Grace’s former partner, Tristan MacManus.

Marian Menounos and big-boobed blonde Katherine Jenkins will be fun to watch.

On the pro side, it's great that Chelsie Hightower is back.

One mistake: Melissa Gilbert is only 47, not 57. I had to check because I knew that I was older than her.

The New York Daily News must employ shoddy journalists.

I'm a little bit confused with some of these parings. Wouldn't it make more sense to pair up Sherri with Maks given all of his appearances on The View? Or maybe since Maks gets paired with teh strong, athletic women, why not Martina? And I'm seriously confused about why Jaleel White being teamed up with Kym. I just don't see any chemistry there. And why is Jack Wagner still trying to get 15 minutes of fame? Have you seen his Easy 80's music infomercials? He's still crowing about his lone single that he put out way back in 1984! I hope that Anna gives him an attitude adjustment or two. I know that Cheryl would take him down a notch or two. And who the heck is this "Brad Pitt of Mexico"? Somebody nobody in the U.S has ever heard of.

The rest of the cast seems O.K. I'd certainly love to see Half Pint's gallon jugs these days. Of course I'm talking about Melissa Gilbert. And then you've got the typical jock in Donald Driver. Then you've got Katherine Jenkins. I probably saw her performance on DWTS, but I can't place her. I'll certainly Google her after posting this. Gavin Degraw? Probably trying to get some publicity since I can't recall him puting out anything new. You've got the typical Disney teen that nobody other than a 10 year oldf has heard of. You've got the "cute and young" couple in Maria and Derek. And then you've got Gladys Knight. I can't say anything bad about a music legend.

All in all not a bad cast, but I still think DWTS is gonna be scraping the bottom of the talent pool in a year or two.

And didn't I hear something about a new co-host? I may have misunderstood something I heard earlier in the day. They were probably talking about Sherri Shepherd. I'm sure Brooke Burke is still around.

I agree that it would be nice if Dancing With The Stars had a cast of real stars. Not a couple of stars and a bunch of people that nobody has ever heard of. William Levy? Roshon Fegan? Come on.

It will be nice though to see Maria dance. I also look forward to seeing Urkel get his dance on. I love Family Matters and that will bring back some cool memories.

I can tell you that viewership will rise by 1 person as long as Maria is on I will be watching

Hold on, Gladys Knight is 67?!?!? Holy crap! She looks youthful for a woman her age lol way to go Gladys!

The co-favorites (IMHO): Fegan and Menounos because of their partners, White because I've seen him not be Urkel, and he's a really smooth guy.
