Yes, they were from earlier. But in the bike pictures she is clearly wearing panties and yet in those pictures she is also clearly trying to keep her crotch covered with the dress from the paparazzi who are 10 or more feet away. And yet for some reason after pilates, and possibly intentionally removing her panties, she decides she no longer needs to try and keep her naked crotch covered even though the paparazzi are right next to her?
I am not saying it is impossible. But not very logical. And she has been living with paparazzi for years, has probably been warned by her publicist about just these kinds of things and has known about multiple other celebs who have been 'exposed'.

So, she was probably trying to cover herself cause she didn't want the paps to see her underwear and removed them because she got sweaty after working out, it's not that hard to believe.. And it's not like she was getting out of the car with her legs spread ala Britney, she got in there quickly & in a matter of seconds they capture it, check out the video Youtube is not allowed I mean the situation is not that dramatic, she probably didn't think they'd point the camera up her dress. It's clearly her vag, her underwear can't be the exact same colour to the shade of her skin, also there are panty lines while she's riding the bike, not while she's leaving pilates. I rest my case.
