- Kelly Chambers(Felicia), Aria, Commander Bailey, anyone who is plot important Survived the destruction of the Citadel. - EDI Does not die in the Destroyed Ending. If EDI has the highest Relationship with the Player she will be the third Person off the Normandy. - Improved FTL Drives do exist and FTL Speeds will be increased even more with Reaper tech (Destroyed/Control Ending)
on the edi bit had her highest relationship and she did not get off the normandy for me it was joker liara my li then a random squadmate
Joker will always be the first one off the Normandy. As long as your EMS is high Enough.
Your Romance will always have the highest Possible Rep and will be the second one off the Normandy(Unless it's Miranda, Kelly or Jack). The Third one off the Normandy will be the one with the second Highest Rep.
Each Squad\Crew has a Set of Rep you can gain with them throughout the game.

Going from Highest to lowest (Based off No Romance)

Not sure if Diana Allers has any kind of Rep System tied to her or not.

It seems BioWare PR is not exactly thrilled with this information being released.
Which just shows you how Bad BioWare PR team truly is. a Quick Interview with a Fan gave entire Mass Effect Fan base more hope than anything said from the entire BioWare PR Team since the games release.

my game must be messed then as I did have her highest relationship but I never saw here again after the choice of colors I did get the the geth ships and reapers blowing up guess in some case its left open

as I remember mine was joker liara (LI) ashley
Geth Ships are not Shown in the Ending.

Might not explained it all that well. Since I did type that out very fast. Each Squad has a Set rep.
Javik has a Max Rep of 8 Ashley & Liara has a Max Rep of 6 Where EDI has a Rep of 4
Whoever has the Highest Rep by the time you Hit Earth will appear in your Ending.
Since EDI rep can only go up to 4, you would have to avoid talking to everyone on the Ship if you want EDI to appear at the End.

...I just hope these hope-giving tweets don't become the reason they don't do right with the expansion DLC.

it was more then the ending they changed but I think we are safe they are not giving us what we want but even they should know if they mess this up the backlash will be even worse
btw has anyone had the patch today I read on a site the patch that fixes the face import problem should be out today but so far nothing
