Their was allot cut from the originally Leaked Script to retail game. I wished the kept some dialogue from Ashley, She asked Shepard about what happened when he died. After certain events she questioned her faith and Beliefs. Wish they kept Ashley as a Bi option in ME3(They turned Kaidan Bi, but they didn't keep Ashley Bi). It would make perfect sense to have Ashley Bi with the originally Script.
The Auto-Dialogue kind get's annoying, I just want to talk to them one on One without the Kasumi Stye dialogue system.
As for the Implants, yes that it. You do get a quest later on in the game from the Normandy Doctor. Based on the doctor who you have you get unique reward.

The Kid plays a very important Role later in the game. All I'm going to say.
you are ok hun I know the role just I think it would have played better with the vs or someone shepard knows

Traynor is the hottest chick in the game, IMO. Gonna enjoy romancing her during my next playthrough as a female Shepard. Only have the final battle on Earth left and then I'm restarting right away.

I highly recommend the Black Widow if one of you is going Infiltrator on a next play-through. It will cost 250,000 at the Spectre desk, but highly worth it!

I wont speak to any spoilers. I will just say that Mass Effect 3 has some of the worse combat scenarios in the last five years of gaming. Its guilty of the same problems that uncharted 3 had last year but on a way worse scale.
I think the only way you can review this game and give it anything over a 7 is because you are drinking the kool-aid and your a fan. Cause the combat is Atrocious. If I was a more violent person I would be sending bioware death threats.
