Is Francis Collins' science allowed to be taught in schools in your world?

I believe that if you wheel in an oxygen canister and a hydrogen canister and open the valves and then sprinkle some carbon around and a little bit of this and a little bit of that and put a little moisture in the air and add a sun lamp, then when you come back in 5 billion years the carbon, hydrogen and oxygen atoms will have assembled themselves into human beings.

That isn't a science book. It's a religious text. He has a deistic approach to evolution, which doesn't contradict evolutionary theory, but endorsement of any god by public schools is outside the law. If someone wants to believe that a god kick-started things, it's their right, but it isn't science.

God is the source of science. It is men who have tried to separate science from God...be it the clergy of the past or today's modern secular leaning scientists.

I'm afraid that isn't a valid scientific hypothesis. Please try again.
