Sounds like they just targeted him to me. They'd probably delete whatever he uploaded.
I googled it and turns out that they've done it with anybody who has received a few of their 'copyright infringement' emails in the past. I don't upload much these days anyway but I'm going to give my existing MF account one final go ( I created a folder called 'DO NOT DELETE' and set it to 'private' ) and if they still nuke it then I'll just create a new account

At some point on Saturday my MF free account was nuked
500+ files at about 50GB's in total were locked for the
public as well as for myself. In two years I've had 2
files deleted due to DMCA reports (last one more than a
month ago). No e-mail received about the suspension..
No matter what the MF CEO has stated in recent interviews,
they too are shitting their pants full right now. They have
been one of the most popular cyberlockers for music/audio
files for some time now so I guess they too will have the
good guys knocking on their door soon enough.
The bucks seem to be in copyright trolling now
