I am thinking Violet is still alive since she was slicing herself and Tate stopped her. Although I haven't been right so far on this show so who knows.

Next week rubberman's identity is revealed. I wonder if it is the security guard.

Also I wonder if they will do something crazy and kill off the entire family and start over next Season with a completely new one. A show never killed off the entire cast and started with a fresh one the following season so it would be ground breaking.

My reaction to the rubber man revelation was... and I quote "What The Fuck?".

Same with me, it was sort of a letdown. Although it makes perfect sense.

I was kind of hoping the Rubber Man would be the dead abortion doctor. Tate was kind of a let down, but next week may set it up that it's more about Tate being dead then it being about a mopey emo being the father.
And they have given the dead highly unusual power, in the corporeal sense - Tate can not only father children, but can also throw a 160-180 pound man around like a ragdoll. And then kill him.
I think they are making Violet's "condition" ambiguous just to keep people guessing. I am starting to think she is alive because of that.

I was waiting for them to drive off the property to see what would happen to Violet and of course they teased it and she got out of the car and stayed in the house so I agree they are keeping if she is alive or dead as the ongoing question.

First thing I did was check their website and FB page this morning but they didn't update it yet. I will keep checking as well as Youtube

I think Vi is alive, but it brings in a potential interesting twist... if she is dead, there is no way her parents will sell the house. That house is the only way they'll get to see her.

I, too, thought "Well this will settle it." and then they pulled the ghosts-in-the-backseat ploy.

Ever since the scenes with him and the "furry demon", I believe he is some (as Peter Cushing would say:) "instrument of evil".

They could write out Tate and his forever emo teen angst, and write in more young, beautiful Moira. I'd be perfectly ok with that. I'm also good with Hayden getting more screen time. And maybe it's just me, but I find myself fast forwarding through most of Constance's scenes.

Also, the devil child development is kind of lame, but I'll give it a fair chance before completely writing it off.
