Last time these 2 met was week 9 in New England with the Giants winning 24-20 on a Ballard TD with 15 seconds left.Eli was not sacked by NE and even without Bradshaw they ran for 111 yards.Giants have come along way since that game and are healthy and playing shutdown D.Brady will keep this close but if they couldn't beat the Giants at home with 2 of their key guys not playing(Bradshaw/Nicks) I don't see them winning on a neutral field with everyone playing.
