Finished Anansi Boys last night. A wonderfully written and extremely charming spiritual successor to American Gods. One of Neil Gaiman's best.
Now on to:

A Rising Thunder. David Weber. The latest in the Honor Harrington series. Weber has sort of jumped the shark with this series. But having gone this far with it, and being able to get the books free from the library, I keep going.

Darkover Rediscovery. Marion Zimmer Bradley and Mercedes Lackey. Surprisingly bad. I haven't read a lot of Bradley, but she's highly respected in scifi. And what I read before was decent. Lackey I've read a lot of, and never thought it was bad. Usually quite good. Not this time.

after reading all 12 Sookie Stackhouse books in the last 2 weeks (which were all enjoyable and entertaining), it might be time for something with a little more substance.

One of my favorites. Thumbs high.
