Update: I have 163 hottie names that I must whittle down to 100 for my Top 100 hottie list (naturally ). It took me the better part of a few hours to collect the 163. I fear how long it will take to reduce to 100...

EDIT: As others have done in the past here, I am omitting the names of most glamour models and all porn stars because I prefer this list to be mostly SFW. Girls like Rachel Aldana, September Carrino, Gianna Michaels, Daphne Rosen et. al. will not be included, nor do I think it is rightly fair to contest them because hotties are hot no matter what they do, and glamour models and porn stars are hot because that's their job. I included a select few models who I feel have edged far enough into the mainstream sufficiently to change their explicit job description, no pun intended.

EDITx2: 12:52 PM--I've tentatively eliminated 36 names so far on the first downsizing. Not ranking at this point just yet, but I'm beginning to firm up a Top 25.

EDITx3: 1:15 PM--I've eliminated 25 more names on the second go-around. I'm surprisingly close to my final 100. I had thought it would be harder to weed out the weaker candidates. Still not prepared to finalize a ranking. That may take place later tonight.

EDITx4: 1:52 PM--I've pruned the final two names from my Top 100, but now I've got to sort these ladies into the rankings! Now the real work begins. Here I go!

10. Natalie Portman--I gave the 10-spot solely to Natalie because between her and Kiera, she's actually the busty one, and also because she triggers so many schoolgirl fantasies...

The headlines separating the hotties are general categorizations into which I found myself placing my hotties. I tried to factor in an overall hotness factor, but I gave bonus points to availability and current celebrity status. Enjoy.

Making my top 15 is proving hard enough as it is. Making a top 100 is completely out of the question.

All you've got to do is apply the same general principles you would to your Top 15. Frankly, I think you'll be surprised how large a group that 100 women is...you'll be thinking "Oh, I could NEVER fit 100 women into a list, and then you'll start listing them and realize, about 75 women in, you've run out of women in the top of your memory banks and will have to Google more names.

I ended up with 163 women to pick from after 2 hours of thinking, and it only took two rounds of selection to whittle that back down to 100.

EDIT: Here is a spoiler list of the other women I didn't select into my Hot 100. The Ys and Ns are a rating of how closely I rated them to my rankings. For example, a "N" rating means they were in the first cut from 163 minus whatever hotties were eliminated in that round. A "YN" ranking means they were cut in the second round, when I made my final eliminations from the Hot 100.

Technically, I had two hotties who were added to the Hot 100 and then re-eliminated after I found I had missed a few names. They were rated YYN, meaning they have first dibs back in should I remove any others later...

Has been some time, so decided to return to the those "who inspire me in order of the power by which they inspire" concept.

Ashley Tisdale: That lower lip drives me insane!!!

Emily Osment: I know she is young, but she is so so hot and far outshines her contemporaries!

Mischa Barton: Can be so incredibly beautiful. Don't have to look more than that face but also has a butt to die for!

Kelly Clarkson: Would love to crawl under a duvet with her, on a cold winter’s night, with a roaring fireplace.

Michelle Trachtenberg: Old reliable: The longest serving member on the list, with SMG, and will probably never fall off except to be to graduate to the hall of fame.

Jamie Lynn Spears: New but should have been on the list a long time ago. Replaces her sister! Don’t ask me why I have this obsession with her, I don’t understand it myself.

Leighton Meester: Started to watch GG to see Michelle Trachtenberg and fell in love. Never accept to do anything on Monday night. That is for Leighton. Go through cycles with her, sometimes she is on, sometimes she is off. At the moment she is on!

Sarah Michelle Geller: As above – “Buffy – Love You”. Like Leighton SMG goes in cycles and at moment she is on. Can hardly wait for the fall season when Ringer debuts and I suspect she will move up the list!

Bobbi Starr: I know she is a porn star but also beautiful, bright and articulate and with a great ass. If I was 100% honest, she would be much higher on the list.

Vanessa Hudgens: The newest addition, has really grown on me the last 6 months. Much hotter than I originally thought!

At #11 there are about another 10 – Hilary Duff, Amber Tamblyn, Kristen Stewart, Melissa Joan Hart, Erin Andrews, Brie Larson, Fergie, Britney – all who have been up and could be again. JLH has not been on the list for about a year is now ready to move back on. Ali Lohan is getting close! And then finally, there are about 6/8 who may be whole sale replacements when they reach the legal age.

I normal prefer to keep porn stars of my list, its just makes cutting it down that much harder

Some girls like Megan Fox can at times look unfathomably hot, like at the GQ Awards for example. However, they've been looking so sh*tty as of late I hesitate to list them. You guys have any good guidelines I can use to make cutting down and ordering around my list easier. I usually try to go strictly on beauty alone, but maybe that's my problem.
