Woah. Remember the Stephanie / Vince match back in 2003? Does anyone remember that it came about from Vince fucking with Zack Gowen until Stephanie finally got fed up with it and said that Vince pimped her out to business partners and other wrestlers as a teenager? She said Vince told his friends all the things she would do for them and then she did all these disgusting things and feels so ashamed of herself for going through with them just to be the apple of her daddy's eye. WHAT THE FUCK!
Vince's RUTHLESS heeling on Gowen was some of the most off color and awesome heel work ever, but a pimping out your underage daughter storyline is creepy as fuck even by his standards. . . I know there was a proposed "Vince is the father of Stephanie's baby" storyline at some point, and when Steph said no, he suggested that Shane be the father. But those didn't actual make it to a storyline. Pimping out teenage Steph did.
I can't see how anyone who watched during that time could forget.
I don't remember that either...but then, during that time period, my concentration levels were high in the red on Steph's body. I could care less about anything she said. Well, other than when she uttered the phrase "bare breasts." That was a gold moment!

One more thing...Cena is the top baby face of the company yet he is getting booed out of the building every other week.
Punk is only getting cheered by the 'marks'. He's hardly getting huge pops. Cena was getting booed so much worse a year ago and more. A lot of it died down before the Punk fued. Every PPV we get the usual "Cena needs to turn". He doesn't need to turn and from a kayfabe point of view he has no reason to turn.

He is the most over wrestler currently. Marks are cheering and the "smart fans" are cheering along with the kids now for him. Cena is getting booed more now than ever in my opinion. I agree every PPV there is "Cena needs to turn" talk but now more than ever makes the most sense. If they want to bring WWE back to "must watch" wrestling like it used to be, turning their top face heel is the way to go. I completely disagree there is no reason to turn him. There are several reasons to turn him, the ones I already mentioned plus the new surplus of storylines that will come out of it. A Corporate Cena will turn the company on it's ear, which is what is needed. Unless you are OK with the same old lame Cena cutesy lame joke promos and his "Superman" gimmick that has worn thin years ago.
If Cena turns, is it back to Thuganomics, or in a new direction?
