Dont get me wrong, Miley is still super dope and looks better then most with the short hair. But she doesnt look good with (bleached) blonde, her brown hair matches her complexion a lot better. And with this short blonde hair, piercings, tattoos, for what its worth, she doesnt even look American anymore. She looks like some Russian/German hostel chick.

I dont follow her closely, has she had some major shakeup in her life or breakup with that dude she was with?
