Elizabeth Taylor 1932 - 2011. Legendary Hollywood actress Elizabeth Taylor died on March 23, 2011 of congestive heart failure at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. She was 79. Taylor won two Best Actress Oscars, for "BUtterfield 8" and "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?," and the Academy's Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award for her AIDS charity work. She was married eight times, twice to actor Richard Burton. Her 60-year career included film classics "National Velvet," "A Place in the Sun," "Giant," "Suddenly, Last Summer" and "Cleopatra."

To everyone: You're welcome. She was truly a classic beauty, the original bombshell and probably every man's fantasy. She will be greatly missed by all who admired her beauty and acting ability.
