Don't remember what I got for the epilogue in Origins. I only remember that Morrigan was not in the hall afterwards when I could go up and talk to everyone from the group. I don't think the Awakening epilogue mentioned Morrigan. I know it mentioned something about me and Zevran going after the Crows.
I think I'll go back before the Archdemon fight and redo that. I just tried Witch Hunt with my epilogue save, the one I made at camp right after I gifted the mirror to Morrigan, and the end convo with her was still as if I had denied her the ritual.

Morrigan is never in the hall at the end. She tells you at the start of the battle she will leave once the battle is over.
You save is seriously screwed up. Zevran will only be talked about if you are in a romance with him.

Yeah I didn't romance him. If I go to one of my saves. I have several I made after the landsmeet, 1 where I put Alistar on the throne and he had Anora locked away-this is the one I used and played through the end with. 2nd save is with Loghain, 3rd is with myself and Anora on the throne. If I went back and used one of those saves, then went to the camp before going to Redcliffe to start the Final Onslaught and brought his affection level down, you think that might fix the issue?

Dunno all you can do is try and see if it works. Than read the Epilogue carefully. Than Import that save into Awakening -> Golems -> Witch Hunt -> Dragon Age II.
I still can't find a work around of being Male King Married to Anora & still have AliStair Remain in my party. Console versions are glitchy as hell.
RePlaying Origins Again, Who to Make the Ruler? Not going to do Joint Ruler Scenario.
Alistair - Has no knowledge on How to Rule - Must Basically Force him onto the Throne - Wants to Remain as a Grey Warden - Has a Need to Please everyone - Uncertain what he will do if Orlais starts a War - Does have a Cameo Appearance in Dragon Age 2 - Shocked that Ferelden isn't completely Screwed up by the time Dragon Age 2 Ends. - Tries to Help Free Mages in his Kingdom (Doesn't Really Matter Once the War Starts)
Anora - Knows How to Rule - Does Wants the Throne - Was the One Ruling for the past Five Years - Will not take Crap from Orlais(If or When the War Happens) - Does not have a Cameo Appearance in Dragon Age 2. - Ferelden will not be Screwed up - Uncertain if She will help Free Mages in her Kingdom(Doesn't Really Matter Once the War Starts)
The situation with Bella, Lloyd and Kaitlyn is a mess.
- If Kaitlyn married the Bann Bella Epilogue Slide never Triggers(It's recorded I believe). - If both Bella & Kaitlyn move to City Only one Slide trigger (Bella or Kaitlyn). - If Bella is owner, lloyd Dies & Kaitlyn marries the Bann. Then Both are suppose to trigger(I'll find out once I finish this Playthrough). - If Bevin Becomes a Adventure & Bella is owner they might both trigger.
One a side note, Lloyd is nearly impossible to save in the Fight in Redcliffe he spawns right next to three undead which kills him instantly. Only managed to save him once. He was a greedy Bastard I don't feel bad one bit if he dies.
