There are 4 per act, you need to discover 3 of them each act (so 9 total) to get the trophy. There are guides online with the locations if you are having trouble finding them. They all show up "Enigma of Kirkwall" and they are signed by the "Band of Three". Each one will show up in your codex under "Enigma of Kirkwall".

This one is easy to get. Simply go to the Chantry during the day at the beginning of every act. However, there is 1 that is only available during a mission (Chapter 3). It's during the Following The Qun quest in Act 2. You can get it while you're fighting. It's on the platform where the Grand Cleric is usually standing.

This one is part of the Forbidden Knowledge quest. Have you ever come across "Evil Tomes" that are books that will grant you power? Well, you have to destroy EVERY one of them to discover the location of a demon named Xebenkeck. This needs to be done during Act 2. You need to have spared Idunna's life (the demon in the Blooming Rose that controls people's minds) for this quest to become active. The quest is started by reading the message at your estate.

This one is easy. Act I is the easiest to do it on. Just ignore side quests and save often in case one of your party members die. Note: You can still become injured during a run for this trophy. Those don't count as knockouts. As long as nobody actually falls in battle for the entire Act, this one will unlock. It was easier than I thought it would be.

Were you able to get Arcane Defender or Mage Hunter during your first playthrough? I missed a few easy ones during my initial playthrough and those 2 show up hidden anyway. There are more than 5 chances for you to side with either mages or templars, but I never got either of them until I was trying to. Best thing to do is to save before you complete Wayward Son so you don't have to start completely over when you decide to side the other way. That saved me a bunch of time.
I should have had this game Platinumed after 2 playthroughs, but I didn't start paying attention to trophies until I was done my 1st playthrough and then I screwed up a playthrough going for the Supplier trophy, so I had to play a 4th time to get that one.
Not that I minded. This game is amazing and a thrill to play.

Question is, will I be doing my second playthrough tomorrow, or buy Mass Effect 2 and start that.
Well, the answer should be "buying" Mass Effect 2.
We're going to need a Mass Effect thread on here.

- During each year in Kirkwall, discovered 3 secret messages from the Band of Three.
During Each Year their are Messages to be collected throughout Kirkwall & The Free Marches.
- Found all four chapters of "The History of the Chantry," by Brother Genitivi.
Head to the Chantry each Year & Collect the notes by Brother Genitivi.
- Found and killed the undying Xebenkeck. (Didn't see her anywhere)
This is gained by Completing Forbidden Knowledge Quest. Their are five Blood Magic Books. You must Destroy each one. Their are two sections that can be tough.
Completed a full year in Kirkwall without any party member being knocked unconscious.
Don't get knockedout during a Complete ACT. Just Reload ACT III (aka Year Seven) and just do the main Quests. ACT III is the Shortest.

One thing I like about this game is the value of XP in relation to the enemy killed. Like in DA:O you got like 247 xp for killing Flemeth the High Dragon. Killing a high dragon should have been worth a hell of a lot more than 247 xp. At least in DA2 killing powerful enemies nets a ton of XP. Got over 10k in xp for killing the rock wraith.
