i still stay i believe Tampa is going to lose the South East division lead here shortly. the next 6 games we play are Detroit, Florida, Phoenix, New Jersey, NYR, New Jersey.
i am only comfortable saying we might be the Coyotes and Rangers.

Lapierre and Ruutu together will start the fire, Parros will then extinguish it.
They also have Perry too.
The Canucks defensive woes continue on. Bieksa now out with 2-4 weeks with a broken foot. Tonight against the Preds the Canucks have called up Evan Oberg, our 13th different defensemen to suit up this season.
Not sure what the pairings will be, but here's the top 6 for tonight:

Oh man. I saw the shot. I think it was Hall who shot it? Man that was dangerous.
In today's Canucks vs Preds game, two Predators took a puck to the face. The first was Fisher who took a slapshot to the face (not sure if it was deflected). Right under the cheekbone and he needed stitches.
The second was Steve Sullivan (he's had a rough time with injuries). It wasn't a shot like what Wisniewski and Fisher faced (no pun intended), but rather it was a cross ice pass, which deflected into his his face. No blood, but he left the game and didn't return.
Looks like the injuries are catching up to the Canucks. It was 1-1 in the middle and two defensive errors (albeit one was an untimely fall) led to a quick 3-1 lead for the Preds.
Good news is that Ballard and Hamhuis are progressing faster than scheduled. Ballard might be back next week and then Hamhuis the week after.
