in the last few days, I've gotten several virus warnings from images hosted at Imagevenue... is anyone else having this problem?

i'm starting to hate imagebam, i really wish we'd take it off the approved host list

As posted elsewhere on the Board, I have had all sorts of problems with Image Venue. Not sure whether it is a problem with the host or my browser

Imagebam often makes the "this picture has been marked adult", and gives you a nice yummy popunder for liveyasmin, a pornchat.. Thankfully I know the sysadmin closely at work

Also, just to out my self as one of the annoying ones, I tend to 'notify moderator' when someone posts with an unapproved image host, but lately it seems as if this is ignored.. Should I just stop and let people enjoy whatever host they want ?
I know this sounds kinda passive aggressive or whatever, but the rules are there for reasons.. I hope..

Don't be discouraged if your email goes unanswered. Some of us do not get those alerts in our email for some reason. I know personally for me it is hit or miss with them. The Notify Mod thread is more efficient for reporting rule breaks.

To add to this, there are times when no mods are online, so sometimes it just takes a while for them to get around to it.

I've had a few cases where I've reported something then had to bump it because it was missed, but the notify mod thread gets about 90% or more on the first try.
