Are you sure you're sure? Because the majority of the Internet that calls her Eva or Eve are not calling her by her real name. SHE goes by Iga Wyrwal and I'm going to go by what she says, not the Internet or U.K. magazines.
Eva is an alias she uses for English speaking publications. An associate of hers recommended that she go by "Eva" or "Eve" for those publications as it is easier to say and is more appealing to that audience. Her birth name is Iga Daria Wyrwal.
I'll assume you're from the U.K. because everybody I talk to from there seems to believe that Eva is her real name (or Eve) and I can never convince any of them that it isn't. Probably because the name "Iga" isn't exactly an appealing name for us English-speaking folk.
