I am not. Makes me wish that I subscribed to HBO though.
News of the series kind of resparked my interest in tackling the books. Really enjoying Game of Thrones so far. Best fantasy writing I've come across in a long time.
So far, I like it a lot better than Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time series.

I staggered through the first book in Jordan's Wheel series and never touched another one - do they get better?
If you didn't like the first one you won't like the rest. I found they started to bog down around book 5 or so. And each further book just seemed like another 800 pages of inconsequential stuff for the purpose of dragging the story out.
That said I did enjoy Book 12 more than many of the previous ones - I'm not sure if it's because the story is finally starting to get towards the finish or because it was (partly) written by somebody else.

The first four books are pretty decent. The series was just way too big for its own good and eventually crashed under its own weight.
I have other series/books that I favor more though. Hitchhiker's Guide, Otherland and Discworld for starters.
