I think you're forgetting the fact that Europe has not had a single terrorist attack before the Iraq war.

That said, Ireland is the terror capitol of Europe.
And once again it is religion that acts as the incendiary device, despite attempts by some elements of the media to class it as politically motivated (Republican and Loyalists rather than Catholic and Protestant).

A military term. Capitulation refers to surrendering or giving up
the term I understood..... I was not sure how a "pig eating" Muslim cook to the British cops meant English had surrendered...... from the story it sounded like the cook was trying to pull a fast one on the cops to make a stack of money and was caught out
