I would say you need to curb your antagonistic behaviour. I mean, all I did was post a list of possible Pharaohs and explained why they couldn't be Pharaoh of the Exodus and you posted this little rant:

Quote:
And Matt's crusade to try and kill God continues.

this isnt just some guy explaining why he doesnt believe, this is an all out DAILY attack trying to hammer people of faith into renouncing it, and ridiculign them when they dont

makes me wonder what God did to Matty to generate so much hatered...........

I didn't pull that list out of my backside, I used credible sources written by academics who are knowledgeable about such things. Ancient Egypt happens to be one of the subjects I am very well read in. If you want to go toe to toe in a debate on Egyptology then let's do it. Show me your evidence for Exodus. Please tell me who Pharaoh was. If you can't tackle the subject matter on whether Exodus really happened, then stay out of it.

Again if you don't like what I post, don't read it shrug

Please explain how the case study I researched at the beginning of this thread is a "diatribe". Most of the data came from a book written by 2 Jews so are you accusing them of being anti-religion too?

Please also explain how my list of names also qualifies as a diatribe when all I did was found a couple of bible literalist websites, copied some names down and then did about 1 hour of research in some Egyptology books to find out why these people couldn't possibly have been biblical Pharaoh?

Then why do you try to discredit reputable egyptoligists who do support the possibility of Rameses 2 and other pharorahs who lived at the time, who may have actually met Moses face to face?

Was he the one who sought to worship a monothesist based faith?

matt75, here's a research task for you:

Post a list of all the nations that have been re-established after thousands of years and revived their ancient language.
