These are not hose, they are leggings. You do have to look closely, but if you do you'll see she has bare feet.

Doesn't make them leggings at all... just because they don't have feet doesn't mean they're leggings, those opaque tights without feet, they're still tights, they're just patterned tights/hose without feet to them.
