You can actually make collages easily using MS Paint. Just make a blank image in Paint, go to <Image> -> <Attributes> to make it bigger, then start pasting pictures in it you can resize each image in a new window of Paint (or use the FREE IrfanView to resize), and drag them to the spot you want them in. I made this one in a couple of minutes, it took longer to host it and type this than to make the collage:
When you've got all your images posted into the blank, go back to <Image> -> <Attributes> and put in the size numbers to trim off the blank space around the edges.

I'm not using Paint but it looks like it is possible to make some collages with it. But I'm not sure if it has enough features to make good collages.

What is ImageHost Grabber? ImageHost Grabber is a firefox extension that will download all images on a page that are hosted on an image host. You find this often in web forums where people will use a free image host to post a gallery of pictures. This extension will allow you to download all the images on the current page.
