Guess I have been living under a rock when it comes to Jessica-related news. But this is totally new to me and the news is great. Hopefully, it's for real. I for sure will be checking it out since Meet the Parents is one of my all-time favorite comedies and the sequel was pretty damn funny. Also, Jessica helps a ton too if she is attached to the third and most likely final in the series. But I more than likely will check it out even if she wasn't part of it. Anyways... The Press Association
Jessica Alba to meet the Fockers?
Jessica Alba is in talks to star in Little Fockers.
The Good Luck Chuck star may play a sexy pharmaceutical rep in the sequel to Ben Stiller's hit films Meet The Parents and Meet The Fockers, according to the Hollywood Reporter's Risky Business blog.
Sex symbol Jessica would star alongside Robert De Niro, Dustin Hoffman, Owen Wilson and Barbra Streisand - and her character's devastating good looks will have a chaotic effect on the film's male characters.
Paul Weitz is directing the third instalment in the Universal and Tribeca Productions franchise, which will see Gaylord Focker and wife Pam, played by Teri Polo, become parents. Rumours are they may even be having twins.
The latest version of the script was written by John Hamburg.
Shooting on the movie is due to begin in the next few months, and it is likely to be released next year.
Jessica is set to star in the Robert Rodriguez thriller Machete, as well as Garry Marshall's romantic comedy Valentine's Day.

she is not good past eye candy though. She is a god awful actress.
she had a couple of funny parts in good luck chuck though and was super cute despite the rest.
Calling her a god awful actress is just mean. She's definitely not a great actress (given the movies she has done or been given), but she's a decent one who just happens to be a hottie as well (which is pretty distracting ). Plus Terrapin, this is a comedy. What are you expecting from her... an award-worthy performance?

Alba is not a bad actress by any means. She is pigeonholed as the eye candy since quite a few years ago and continues to play in stupid comedies, her beautiful body being the focus instead of her acting. At some point, however, she will need to take a few demanding roles and display her acting talents if she wants a respectable long term career and a better chance of surviving this business given all the younger hotties entering the entertainment business every year.

T. No but I expect her to have chemistry with her on screen people and be funny and she never has either really It might have been in a movie like good luck chuck that she had to be on screen with dane cook who seems to have zero chemistry with everyone.

Good Luck Chuck was an all round awful movie which even Jessica with her charms and seductive smile could not save.

Jessica Alba to meet ruin the Fockers are you kidding Mauser?! A third movie trying to really milk the one-line joke of "Focker" resembling a certain swear word, from the original "Meet the Parents", and Jessica Alba is the one who's gonna ruin that! Jessica's absolutely gorgeous (though bit too skinny for my taste these days) and she's sure to attract more people to this hopefully last sequel.

Jessica Alba to meet ruin the Fockers I've never been a big fan of Alba, but she can't ruin that which has already been ruined... I liked the first one, but the second was pretty bad.

back to jessica's acting abilities. i think she knows it that she's terrible. there are photos of her going to acting classes. so she knows it. i was also watching some earlier stuff of hers, alex mack, and her acting is basically the same. stiff.
but she is beautiful and great on the eye.
