It's a really small update so I done it myself, in fact it's actually really more of a clarification than anything else. If it was something major then we'd get the owners involved.

Rule 4 has been updated to now include the lines in bold/underlined
* If you are posting a link to a video, please include one or more preview pictures and the file size. Any threads that do not contain thumbnailed images or thumbnailed previews for video posts may be deleted without warning or explanation.
* Do not post a .ZIP/.RAR or any other compressed file that contains images or videos without including a preview thumbnail sheet to enable users to see all the images contained therein. Any threads that do not contain thumbnailed images or thumbnailed previews for archived posts may be deleted without warning or explanation.
We felt that this was necessary as some new members continued to post threads without following this information despite being asked to.
Not a rule change as such but the avatar size has now been increased to 120x120 from 100x100. The file size limit is still around 3mb though so please try not to exceed that too much.
The size change will not make any difference for those who do not like avatars as they will be no larger in filesize than they previously were.
Avatars can be disabled by going into the 'my stuff' tab at the top of the page and then 'edit preferences' and click the 'No' radio button beside 'Show User's Avatars?'

Was a change made that blocks imdb.com links? I was composing a post with an imdb URL to the celeb name and the post previewed properly but reported an error when I tried to submit it. Since it works OK in the preview step I couldn't play around too much to see what it liked and didn't like.
Personally I think including imdb links to actresses and films in a post makes it more convenient for everyone, especially since the rules use imdb as a reference for who is and is not a celebrity.

It's not just IMDB links, it's all links. You're not the only one having the problem. It's being looked into
It must have been some kind of server error. We've had quite a few over the last few days
