If a Mod could sticky this thread I'd really appreciate it.

The rules are simple. Post your picks week to week if you want to play along. Get them in on time before the week starts.

The tiebreaker is determined by MNF (Monday Night Football) points. Whoever picks closest to the total amount of points in the MNF game(s) gets the tiebreaker. If there's still a tie after MNF points then there are co-winners for that week.

The person with the best overall record at the end of the season wins. Picking the Playoffs and the Super Bowl are optional since only the Regular Season counts.

If you're going to play get your Week 1 picks in before 8:30 PM Thursday September 10. Don't forget to include the MNF points.

lol DD you think Miami will win? Please.... The only way MIA will win is if Sanchez has a bad game or if they can run on us. I mean really how good do you think Henne will be against the Jets D? He got sacked once every 6 pass attempts (or some horrible number like that) against Buffalo for Christ's sakes. Yes Cotchery is probably out but Edwards can dominate MIA's secondary (assuming he comes to play). The Jets D only gave up 10 to NO in NO. Brees threw for no TDs. Idk man you do the math.

Oh and FYI I picked the Saints last week. Just because I'm a hardcore Jets fan doesn't mean I pick them every week. I can admit defeat. I know when we're overmatched or gonna be in trouble. Miami is a game we should win. I think most people would agree with that.

Hey Somebody! I hope you are feeling better. I was wondering if ou wanted a vacation. I'd be happy to do the week-end math through November if you'd like to take some time off while you are getting better. Just lemme know.

@ VK: Thanks for the offer to help but I can handle it. Long story short I'm feeling much better now but can't use my own computer at home (don't ask lol). I've been using my grandmother's laptop at her house on Fridays and doing double duty in one night -- the results and my picks for the next week. Everyone should expect the results on Friday night/early Saturday from now on.

I have an important announcement regarding the rest of this NFL season (and this pool):

The schedule for Weeks 10 - 17 gets really wacky: http://www.nfl.com/schedules#Week

Weeks 10-15 have a Thursday Night game and thus picks for Weeks 10-15 can either all be put in by Thursday or you can pick the Thursday night game and then do the rest before the first game Sunday. The choice is yours. Games that don't get picked won't count.

Week 12 has 3 Thursday games: 2 day and 1 night because the 26th is Thanksgiving

Week 15 - also has a Saturday night game.

Picks for Week 15 can be done several ways. You can do them all by Thursday or pick Thursday, then do the rest by Saturday or do Thursday by Thursday and Saturday by Saturday and the rest before the first game Sunday.

Week 16 - has a Friday night game on Christmas day.

Picks for Week 16 can either all be put in by Friday or you can pick the Friday night game and then do the rest before the first game Sunday.

Week 17 - Only has Sunday games. Since there's no Monday night game a different tiebreaking procedure will have to be figured out for that week

Please be aware of the schedule and don't forget to include MNF points (except for Week 17).
