Making the announcement on Good Morning America, host Tom Bergeron revealed the 16 stars and a twist: In the middle of the season, there will be three double eliminations back to back.

I hate that attention ho! I will personally vote for any other guy just to kick him off the show. He and his sister are incredibly annoying and do anything to be on TV.

I am just watching the show for MJH and Mya...and for the hot joanna krupa, not to mention the sexy pro dancers such as Lacey Schwimmer, Cheryl Burke , edyta sliwinska, and Chelsie Hightower . Most of people who show up on the show are far from "stars" but as long as I got these sexy girls, I'm gonna watch every show.

I hope Donny Osmond goes to the finals. But only because he's with Kym.

I don't think Kathy Ireland will stick around long. I recall her saying in interviews that she's uncoordinated and clumsy.

And Cheryl is doomed.

I've watched DWTS every season, more shows per season as the years went by. Last year I watched all but the first few shows.

I'm just sad that Julianne is gone.

Oh dear lord. They paired Cheryl with Tom DeLay.

Kym Johnson is looking good as always tonight.

Donny Osmond and Aaron Carter are easily the leaders so far, so Kym and Katrina should stay around for a long time. Mark Dacascos is good, so Lacey should be around as well.

The others aren't so good. Louie Vito and Chelsie look cute together (mostly due to Chelsie, of course) so hopefully they'll stay. Michael Irving and Chuck Liddell aren't that good yet, but they could improve.

Ashley Hamilton and Tom DeLay are awful. I see Tom and Cheryl going home this week, unless Cheryl's popularity keeps them in. But Cheryl and Edyta both seemed doomed this season.

Tom Delay is horrible and Liddell is stiff. I actually don't like any of the guys on the show. I just feel sad cause I know Cheryl and Edyta are goners, maybe not first week or two but the fans can't keep'em in there and I have a crush on both.

After watching the first show last night, Dancing with the Stars just isn't the same without Julianne.

I'll still watch it, but Julianne is the one I always look forward to most on DWTS. Not only for her incredible beauty, but also her amazing dancing as well. I really hope she comes back next season!

But even though Julianne will always be my first love, I do really love Chelsea too. She's such a super cutie and I love her personality and also she and Louis make a cute couple too. And Anna Demedova has those lovely boobs and amazing legs.

I hope someone taped the opening female pro dance from tonight. They all looked incredible.

Seriously!

Joanna Krupa and Kelly Osbourne were my favorites tonight. I expected Krupa to be stiff and bitchy, but she moves great and she actually has a fun/goofy personality. Imagine that! And Kelly Osbourne was very sweet tonight and she actually dances well. I enjoyed being surprised by these two.

The 2 you mentioned along with Mya & Natalie are the ones I am rooting for. I really enjoyed the hell out of these four. Kathy Ireland was alright thanks to her great looks, but she was a huge disappointment. And Debi was surprisingly better than I expected. As for the rest, MJH is probably the best left of the mediocre bunch. Macy Gray was laughably bad, but in an entertaining way.

So overall, I was pleasantly surprised by this group of women. I still haven't seen the guys performances because it clashed with the other shows I watch on Monday. But I will give them a look over at ABC's website because I really want to see how Cheryl looked.

Macy was so very horrible! Why do these people enter when they're not even willing to put in the effort? She looked drunk or drowsy, as if she had been dragged to the show. She didn't take the practice seriously.

Kelly was good but I don't see what the big deal is. Are her parents gonna be crying everytime she's out there, acting as if she got out of a wheelchair and started to walk miraculously!

Krupa was excellent. Kathy doesn't know how to shake it. Mya has an advantage, danced her whole life. She was very good regardless and very sweet smile.

Well, after just three weeks, my two favorite pros--Cheryl & Edyta--are gone (in Cheryl's case, a blessing). But, Chelsie, Karina & Kym are good consolation (and the other three ain't bad either).
Not going to speculate on who's next to go, but I am willing to predict that Donny will get to the finals. After all, Marie made it two years ago (more on popularity than skill, IMO) and I think his fan base is even bigger than hers. And, he's a better dancer. Say what you will about the Osmonds, they know how to perform.
My other observation is the more I see of Mya & Natalie
Coughlin, the more I like.

Natalie got chopped. Can't say I'm super surprised as she didn't dance too well last night and her partnership with Alec didn't seem a very good for some reason.

And somebody out there MUST have an HD recording of the Michael Jackson tribute where Chelsie was being lifted UPSIDE DOWN WHILE DOING THE SPLITS and the camera was DIRECTLY OVERHEAD and her oh so lovely pink heaven looked so nice in HD that I was tempted to lick my tv screen to get a taste of that!

This week was the least exciting week for me. Most dances were boring. The dress Donny designed for Kym was ugly. There is no Chelsie. Lacey was sick and now her partner got eliminated so she's gone too. Cherly and Edyta are already gone. There are fewer and fewer dances I look forward to watching.

The only thing I enjoyed was Mya's dance.

It's not fixed. Joanna never had a chance in hell to win because of her personality and a much smaller fan base than the others. Donny is almost a mortal lock at this point. The only time the undisputed best dancer won this show was Yamaguchi.

What a letdown!

Everybody's dance sucked tonight. Nobody could even touch Brooke Burke's freestyle dance of Season 7. The judges were overly gracious with their scoring. Kelly was really out of it and Donny wasn't trying as hard as before. Mya was the best but I agree with the judges that she could have done quite better.

Tomorrow's show looks to be even worse. What a crappy ending to a season that was one of the worst at the beginning, had some momentum on and off, but is going to finish where it started.

At least we got one nice final Chelsie dance tonight.

It was great to see Chelsie and Lacey again. And I hope blonde Russian Anna returns next season, and wears less clothing more frequently next time. She looked hot when she was barely dressed in that NFL passo-dance-off or whatever it was last night.



There seems to be a big Mormon connection to this show. Pro dancers Julianne, her brother Derek, Chelsie, and Lacey are all Mormons, I believe. It's a conspiracy!
