What nonsense!

How about Matthew 22:39? Unless he thinks it should apply only within one's own "race" whistle

Bearing in mind his views on interracial marriage, I'm actually counting on him holding that view.

Believe me, I and others have pointed this out to him over and over again but he keeps posting the same article. He has no research skills and no critical thinking skills, two things that graduates in good subjects should have. His non-graduate accountancy course isn't really conducive to either of those things and it shows!

The really funny thing is: What I've found out is that the survey admits that the situation in other countries can be different, which is a pretty vaild idea since US integration attempts are crap - sorry, but that's a fact.

I have been informed by a number of Americans who have both studied and taught in Europe that the degree system in the US simply isn't as good as in Europe.

Main complaints I have heard include the quantity of courses available in non-subjects, the fact that the vast majority of undergraduate degrees still do not do dissertations, that most of the assessment is based on multiple choice question tests and much less focus on research skills, critical thinking and large projects.

Yeah, you don't need math to produce anything that people use every day do you? Might as well go back to the stone age level of math knowledge.

Actually, I am specifically referring to algebra.

Even the Mosaic Law, so many times misunderstood and frowned upon, included this commandment:

"And in case an alien resident resides with you as an alien in YOUR land, YOU must not mistreat him. The alien resident who resides as an alien with YOU should become to YOU like a native of YOURS; and you must love him as yourself, for YOU became alien residents in the land of Egypt. I am Jehovah YOUR God." -Leviticus 19: 33.

This principle is so easily applicable to the United States. Everyone in the US is the descendant of an immigrant, save for the native (I forget the right term, was it...?) American Indians.

I just hope you all have it very clear that what is being said in regards to races has no biblical support. It's just someone's opinion.

And a very sad, twisted one at that.

I believe you. I have no particular affection for the bible on so many levels, as you well know, but even I struggle to find anything racist in the sections he posts.

You won't believe the math structural engeneers need to know to get their degrees and to do their work.

B.S. I know full well what engineers need to know in order to graduate and courses in mathematical analysis is not one of them. See also my web page "Engineers and Math":

It's true. Charlie Manson and Wes Mordine and everybody else did descend from Adam but there were a few blessings and cursings (by God) along the way. For example, God really hated Esau and his line and said that it would be destroyed eventually. There are plenty of other examples where the bible makes it clear that not every group is equal. See Galations chapter 4 for example.

Quote:
Galatians 4:22-30 (King James Version)

22For it is written, that Abraham had two sons, the one by a bondmaid, the other by a freewoman.

23But he who was of the bondwoman was born after the flesh; but he of the freewoman was by promise.

24Which things are an allegory: for these are the two covenants; the one from the mount Sinai, which gendereth to bondage, which is Agar.

25For this Agar is mount Sinai in Arabia, and answereth to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children.

26But Jerusalem which is above is free, which is the mother of us all.

27For it is written, Rejoice, thou barren that bearest not; break forth and cry, thou that travailest not: for the desolate hath many more children than she which hath an husband.

28Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are the children of promise.

29But as then he that was born after the flesh persecuted him that was born after the Spirit, even so it is now.

30Nevertheless what saith the scripture? Cast out the bondwoman and her son: for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the freewoman.

Quote:
Matthew 15:22-28 (New International Version)

22A Canaanite woman from that vicinity came to him, crying out, "Lord, Son of David, have mercy on me! My daughter is suffering terribly from demon-possession."

23Jesus did not answer a word. So his disciples came to him and urged him, "Send her away, for she keeps crying out after us."

24He answered, "I was sent only to the lost sheep of Israel."

25The woman came and knelt before him. "Lord, help me!" she said.

26He replied, "It is not right to take the children's bread and toss it to their dogs."

27"Yes, Lord," she said, "but even the dogs eat the crumbs that fall from their masters' table."

28Then Jesus answered, "Woman, you have great faith! Your request is granted." And her daughter was healed from that very hour.

Wes Mordine only has a "form of godliness" because he can't accept the truth of what the bible really says.

Yes, it's the net result of all of their qualities good and bad. And by their fruits ye shall know them.
