so? America is not a christian nation and never was, nor was it found on "judeo christian" values. Not to mention the fact that few towns or cities even had any churches.

they press the attack on to the last remaining vestige of Judeo/Christian tradition left standing regarding this institution
so? America is not a christian nation and never was, nor was it found on "judeo christian" values. People choos to ignore that part and concentrate on the fact that the founding fathers were Christians which somehow gives them the right to place Christianity over all the other religions in this country.

Well, I recall the Republican from Georgia that was an advocate for putting the 10 Commandments in schools, and when asked to name the 10 Commandments, he couldn't name a single one.

Just compare it to the historically non-Christian countries of the world. There's a reason why tens of millions of people scrambled to emigrate here immediately after the immigration laws were changed in the sixties.
