I think it's pretty common to party and get wasted at 23yo. It certainly was for me. Just because the paps catch those photos doesn't mean she's wasted every night.

As for no career? She has six 2009 acting projects, including a new TV series. Most wouldn't mind to have a 'no career' like that. (And that's not including her modeling jobs.)

Certainly anyone is entitled to not like her, or anyone else, for that matter. Personally, I kind of admired that she admitted fault immediately, when she made a stupid mistake last year. She didn't hide behind a curtain of PR, and hasn't spiraled into additional trouble since then. I think she gets a bad rap. I've always liked her...but that's just me...

WOW!!!!

Providing she doesn't go around killing puppies or kidnapping children I don't much care what she does in her private life. And I will say that the celebrities who go out and party hard often tend to be more interesting than the ones who stay at home and wait for a chat show or 'Sleb magazine to call.

I mean, there have been some god-awful candids of Mischa in the last couple of months, but it's fabulous that she doesn't really appear to give a [censored]. It's very diffficult to look good when you're smashed off your face at 3 a.m. in central London.

But I do hope some of her upcoming material will be better. For me all her credibility as an actress lies in films like Lost and Delirious and Lawn Dogs. The O.C. was a running joke by about episode 12, Closing The Ring was inept and her cameo in St. Trinians should have been left on the cutting room floor.

I do think she is hot, but just because you act in things no one wants to see or will see and goes direct to DVD doesn't mean you have a real career.
