really well, I'm not down to my ideal weight (220) yet, but I'm in the best shape I've been in years.

I already am down one pant size (to a 40) so that's good.

I try to go hard every other day, and have a couple days off.

I have to watch myself, I have a curved spine so too much work makes my back hurt

i really really enjoyed it actually, better than i thought it was gonna be. And it had more of a storyline than i thought it was gonna have. I like it thought because it didn't need any "big-name" actors in it to promote or make the movie sell. It had great acting, great storyline and overall just a great spectacle. Oh and Camilla Belle

A must see imo.
