That is Jessica. It is on the DVD extras. It shows her in that outfit. Also Adam Sandler said it was her in a TV interview. I don't remember which one. The DVD extra part that shows her in that outfit though is the part about the director. I don't remember the exact name of the part.

Unfortunately Divi share is not as good with GIFs as Share ave was.... but it was the best I could find that can handle the size. I beleive if you hit the download button unde the picture it should download the actual GIF..... and its quicker than waiting for the GIF to load in your browser.
