The Ant Bully.


This is a great example of don't judge by a book by its cover. I saw the cover of this movie years ago and said "weak animation " and the name implied something that didn't appeal to me.


well yesterday I happen to get the movie for christmas from my brother because I love animation.

and although it isn't on the level of animation of Pixar(not even close) or even that of Dreamworks it was still plenty good enough.

I liked the character design of the ants and the hornets. Both looked cool. The voice acting was good esp by Bruce Campbell who's ant was the best in the movie. The story is sort of a mix between of Honey I shrunk the kids and bugs life. It's adapted from a book though. It was full of interesting characters and problems ants face daily(water,other incects,frogs,pest control etc)

I thought it was fantastic and I am pretty snobby about animation movies because Pixar has spoiled me

ranking of movies where the central characters are Ants.
