I have no problem at all with ads as long as the aren't too intrusive. If they are billboards around a race track or a sports venue then having up to date ads in the game is actually pretty cool imo.

This is a good point regarding in-games ads: they simply wont work in some games.

Ads in WOW or Supreme Commander or even...BioShock? No Coke or swim accessory ads in BioShock 2 please!
